Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime; however, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance or unforeseen issues may cause temporary downtime.

Limitation of Liability

Strvia is not responsible for losses resulting from downtime, data loss, or third-party integrations.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to Strvia in the last 12 months.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in prohibited activities. Upon termination, your access to Strvia services will be revoked.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of Strvia after updates constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates (for clients based in UAE) and/or Bangladesh (for international operations), without regard to conflict of law principles.
