1. Subscription Cancellation

Customers may cancel their subscription at any time by logging into their Strvia account and selecting the cancellation option.
Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle (monthly or yearly).
Your website and account remain active until the end of the paid subscription period.

2. Refund Policy

Monthly Subscriptions: Non-refundable once the billing cycle has started.
Annual Subscriptions: Refunds may be requested within 14 days of purchase/renewal. After that, non-refundable.
Migration & Setup Fees: Non-refundable.
Policy Violations: No refunds if terminated for violating Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy.

3. Free Trials & Promotions

You may cancel anytime during a free trial without being charged.
Promotional discounts and offers are non-refundable and subject to promotional terms.
